1. All Sales Are Final

To protect every buyer from card swapping, tampering and resealed packs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed. This applies to raw singles, graded slabs and sealed product.

2. Exact Items, Authentic Product

• Graded slabs list their grading company, grade and certification number. The slab pictured is the slab you receive.
• Raw singles and sealed product are photographed and described accurately. Please review photos and details before buying.

3. Shipping

• Orders ship within 1 business day from Northeastern PA with tracking.
• Cards are packed in sleeves, top loaders or slab protection with rigid support.
• You'll get a tracking link by email once your label is created.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

If a package arrives damaged in transit or goes missing, email nepaheattcg@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box, the packaging and the item. We'll help file a claim with the carrier.
